O nosso debate baseou-se na analogia da alimenta\u00e7\u00e3o. N\u00e3o s\u00f3 \u00e9 importante <em>quando<\/em> come - o que \u00e9 mais uma quest\u00e3o de disciplina - mas tamb\u00e9m <em>o que<\/em>\u00a0e <em>quanto<\/em> que come. O mesmo acontece com o tempo que passamos digitalmente em linha: podemos escolher dados in\u00fateis ou conte\u00fados intelectualmente estimulantes.
