Talvez o que os torna mais ineficientes (em compara\u00e7\u00e3o com uma m\u00e1quina) seja tamb\u00e9m o que os torna t\u00e3o importantes?<\/p>\n<p>... proponho a introdu\u00e7\u00e3o daquilo a que chamo o<span class=\"apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><strong>Indicadores humanos chave\u00a0<\/strong>(KHI) para, em primeiro lugar, complementar e, eventualmente, substituir os actuais KPI (Key Performance Indicators - Indicadores-chave de desempenho) em que hoje tanto confiamos. Esta mudan\u00e7a no sentido de valorizar, cultivar e medir<span class=\"apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><strong>compet\u00eancias exclusivamente humanas\u00a0<\/strong>no local de trabalho
