A informa\u00e7\u00e3o e o conhecimento s\u00e3o, de certa forma, como uma forma de ru\u00eddo de n\u00edvel superior. Pode ser \u00fatil ter uma grande quantidade de informa\u00e7\u00e3o dispon\u00edvel gratuitamente, mas n\u00e3o devemos ter a ilus\u00e3o de que se trata de algo importante em si mesmo. S\u00f3 porque h\u00e1 60 milh\u00f5es de m\u00fasicas no Spotify, isso significa que toda a m\u00fasica \u00e9, de repente, extremamente valiosa para toda a gente? O valor est\u00e1 em traduzir o que significa e a relev\u00e2ncia para um indiv\u00edduo... Outra compet\u00eancia de um l\u00edder ser\u00e1 lidar com uma enorme quantidade de informa\u00e7\u00e3o e continuar a ver um caminho claro - ouvir, analisar, observar e reconhecer oportunidades num ambiente em que tudo est\u00e1 a mudar constantemente, e sobreviver num mundo que est\u00e1 a mudar exponencialmente.  A tecnologia est\u00e1 claramente a perturbar tudo, desde a m\u00fasica, \u00e0 televis\u00e3o, \u00e0 publicidade ou \u00e0 forma como aprendemos. <strong>No entanto, nem toda a tecnologia deve ser adoptada s\u00f3 porque existe.
