Here is an entirely new way to present and do keynotes using Zoom backgrounds

As many of you may have noticed, responding to the Covid19 crisis that is destroying the keynote-speaking business as we know it, I have become even deeper involved with figuring out how to present virtually and how to best do what we at The Futures Agency call ‘Digital Conferences‘.

As part of this exploration I am investigating how I can best share images and video in Zoom (this is the platform I have selected as most suitable, for now). I have long been tired of the linear fashion in which confines PPT or .Key presentations are rooted, so this is a very exciting development for me.

The video below is an excerpt from yesterday's event with Ross Dawson and Shara Evans, on the Future of Work. I am using the Zoom Virtual Background feature, with a green screen, 2 studios lights, 2 cameras and my 2020 MacBook pro (and a bunch of other gear ;). Have a look at the video and let me know what you think!

Send me your feedback via
and this is the entire event's video
